When will I get confirmation of my new company formation?
Your company will be registered and confirmed within 24 hours of you submitting your online application. If you want to register your company urgently, we offer a fast track same-day service, as long as you submit by 3 pm UK time. You will receive all the details and confirmation via email.
What information will I need to complete my company formation?
You will first need to search and choose a company name that is unique. Then, you will need to provide the full name, residential address, birth date, nationality, business occupation, telephone number, birth town and eye colour of each director and shareholder.
When can I start trading?
You can start trading through your new company as soon as you receive an email notification from Freako that Companies House has approved your application.
Do I need an Accountant?
While there is no legal requirement for limited companies to use an accountant there are many benefits in doing so, such as completing your annual accounts and company tax return. They can also take care of tax registration for new companies.
Which bank should I use for my new business?
