Every year you will be required to submit Company Accounts to Companies House and HMRC. If your company has not traded at all, we can submit those dormant accounts for you. This is part of our Top Cat Package but available as an add-on too. This will ensure you remain compliant with both government bodies. Failure to submit accounts may result in penalties starting at £150 for late submissions.
